Puerto de la Cruz

Puerto de la Cruz, located in the north of the island, is one of Tenerife's oldest and most traditional tourist resorts. Its main features are the small fishing port and the Canarian style houses; although a cosmopolitan city this resort has retained its charming character.

A smaller version of Playa de las Americas, the resort of Puerto de la Cruz boasts three volcanic black sandy beaches fringed with palm trees and cacti perfect for spending hours in the sun soaking up the rays.
